Malden Media is a TOTALLY INDEPENDENT business. It’s not part of a large corporation and it’s not a franchise. It’s simply operated by local people who want to encourage local communities to use local businesses.
The Village Voice (covering New Malden) and Worcester Park Life are printed monthly – 7,000 for each area and delivered free to houses and businesses, covering around 11,000 houses each over a 2 month period. They are also available to download from this website.
We are respected and established and, as well as promoting local businesses through affordable advertising, both publications are hugely popular because of the quality and quantity of local content written by people in the community.

Please note that the rates are paid in advance - so if you are booking a quarter page for 3 months you will be billed £114 plus VAT. VAT is charged at 20%.
You get your first advert designed FREE when you book for 3 months or more.
There is a 10% discount off the cost of the 2nd magazines when you book both New Malden's Village Voice and Worcester Park Life.  

What format does my ad need to be in?

We accept high resolution (min 300 dpi) JPGs or PDF, or can help convert your Word or Publisher document to a PDF. Ad sizes are:

eighth 60mm (w) x 43mm (h)
quarter 60mm (w) x 90 (h)
Half 125mm x 90 mm
Full 125mm (w) x 185mm (h) 

Can you design an advert for me?

Yes, we use professional graphic designers and there is no charge for this when you book your first three month (or longer) package.
Just email us with details of exactly what you want in your ad, and any logos or pictures and we'll do the rest. You'll get to see a proof and make any changes before we go t print so make sure you get in touch before the next deadline.
If you're not booking for 3 months then there'll be a charge for this service depending on what size of ad you'd like. 

How do I book? 

1. Decide what size of advert you'd like, and how long you want to book for.
2. Email this information, together with your name and address to jenny@maldenmedia.co.uk
3. Also include your advert, or a spec telling us what you'd like in your advert 
call 0208 336 2915 if you'd like to discuss this process or have any questions.
Deadlines
Our deadline for bookings is the 17th of each month, for instance 17th July for the August edition(s). 

How do I pay? 

Payment is needed upfront when you book your first advert.
You can pay by
